Once again we opted to travel to the north end of the park to work our way south to Riomaggiore.
When arriving at the station for Corniglia we were pleased to find a small bus ready to run visitors up to the village centre. There were 298 stairs for the heartier souls to tackle. After a lovely lunch we explored the village then climbed aboard a packed bus and headed back down to the train station.
We walked along the path system to get a special view of Manarolo. I've seen pictures taken from our location after dark - it would have been very cool to have been able to get a shot like those.
