La Spezia - our southern gateway to Cinque Terre.
We knew little of La Spezia except it was a good place from which to explore Cinque Terre from so we were pleasantly surprised with the city and our lovely AirBnB - House Ortensia. We were located within walking distance to the ferry port which proved very useful.
