Venice has so much to see and experience it is a victim of it's own success. While walking around town with the photowalk we were lucky to have a local photographer sharing his knowledge of this place he was so rightfully proud of. So we learned about the huge number of day-trippers that pour into the city every day. It explained to us why it is elbow to elbow during the day but by dusk the crowds have thinned out and we enjoyed our time with more breathing space.
