Bibler Gardens is a private display garden in Kalispell, Montana created by the property owner Louis A. “Sam” Bibler. He planned, planted and pruned his garden for 20 years, until his passing in 2002. Since that time the grounds, ponds, waterfalls, sculptures, arboretum, and log stable which is home to a collection of miniature animals, are maintained for the enjoyment of the Kalispell community and visitors to the area.
There are public tours of the home and garden twice yearly, once in the Spring for the thousands of tulips and daffodils and once in the summer when the garden is at it’s peak. I was fortunate to obtain a ticket to view the gardens as a fund-raiser for the Flathead Community College.
