Assisi - 15
The Tuscan hill town of Assisi is often visited by the Roman Catholic Pope, I'm not sure if that is why this town is immaculate but it certainly was well kept. The Basilica of Saint Frances of Assisi is probably only second to St. Peter's Basilica in Rome for visitors of faith to visit while in Italy.
